How does the return process work?

We will answer your request individually. Please send us an email including your name & order number to & mentioning the cause of return. Our team will then contact you to explain the next steps.

Where do I ship my return/exchange product?

Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This cost will be borne by you. Please note that we may only process exchanges & returns once you have delivered the product to us.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or web credit for the items as you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received & your refund or web credit has been processed.

How many days do I have to return the product ?

You have 14 days to make your return request.

Important Note

Returned goods should retain original tags. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check & will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping fees is non-refundable.

Goods that are damaged/without tags, used or washed will not be considered for refund.

Esoraa may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions.

Processing A Return

Please note that we do not offer free returns!

To process a return, please follow the following steps:

1. Email, including your name and order number to request a return’s form.

2. Print and fill out the return label and place it with the items you wish to return. Our return mailing address will be specified to you when you make your request.

3. Send the item back via any tracked mailing service you prefer.


You can send your exchange request via email to Esorra will accept an exchange request if made within 14 days of receiving the item. Should we fail to deliver products due to unavailability, poor product quality, inventory or other internal issues, we will cancel your order & offer you a full refund.
