ESORAA ships worldwide with DHL, and all packages include a tracking number. All orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days after you place your order.

Delivery time
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days within Germany and the EU.
- For other regions, delivery time is 8-10 days.

Shipping costs:
We offer free pick up in Berlin. Shipping costs for other destinations are automatically calculated at checkout. The following information is a guideline based on an average order.

- Germany: €5.99
- Europe: €14.45
- UK & Switzerland: €19.50
- Other Countries: €29

Free Delivery on orders above €99 in Germany, above €250 in Europe, UK & Switzerland and above €300 in other countries.

Customs & Taxes:
EU: Within the EU, all taxes and duties are included in the final price. 

Outside the EU: Depending on your country, you may be required to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order. Please note that you will be responsible for these additional costs.

RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, but if this is not the case please send us an email to support@esoraa.com. 
Items purchased on esoraa.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Orders can be returned undamaged and unused with no signs of wear to: Esoraa,Karvishi Agarwal, Kastanienallee 59, 10119 Berlin, Germany

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition. Upon return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method—this may take up to 10 business days.

Please be aware that, due to the unique handmade nature of all our bags, our returns policy is specifically tailored to address certain aspects of the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for the following reasons:

- Loose threads
- Difference in stripes 
- Pulls within recycled nylon fabric
- Natural markings
- Handcrafted size or shape variations
- Weave texture

As a small business, we’re not able to cover return shipping costs at the moment. We really appreciate your understanding and support!
Esoraa will not be held responsible for orders that get lost due to an incorrect address being input at checkout or for orders that are not collected from your local Post Office in the time frame given by DHL on your tracking information. Orders marked as undelivered will get returned to us via DHL, any cost included will be charged to the customer.
