Deliveries are made by DHL or their logistics partners in the target country.

GERMANY
Delivery of your order to a domestic address within Germany is free for orders above € 120.00. If the order is less than € 120.00, we will charge you a flat-rate delivery fee of € 10.

The average delivery time within Germany is 3-5 days for ready to ship items and 3-4 weeks for made-to-order item. 

EUROPE
Delivery of your order to a domestic address within Europe is free for orders above € 200.00. If the order is less than € 200.00, we will charge you a flat-rate delivery fee of € 15. 

The average delivery time for Europe shipping is 5-7 days for ready to ship items and 4 weeks for made-to-order item. . 

When is my order shipped?

Online orders are processed & shipped within 15-17 working days unless specified otherwise. We ship internationally & delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In how many days will I receive my order?

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. You will also be able to track your package with the tracking ID received via email.

Why doesn’t everything come in one package?

We are in the process of building our own, fair logistics center. If you have loved & purchased products from multiple brands, these products might reach you at different times. The few brands that we stock with us are all shipped together.

What if I wasn’t present at home when the package was being delivered?

Our delivery teams will attempt to deliver your purchase two times over a period of four business days before it is considered a non-delivery & sent back to the designer. In such cases, you will be given store credit or will have to bear the cost of re-shipment.

Please Note

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, delivery outages are unfortunately out of our control, however we will communicate the status to you at all times. Delays due to designers' production capacities will be captured at the outset & communicated to you at the time of order confirmation - you may reserve the rights to accept or cancel the order.

For all international deliveries, customs & duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable.
