1. Scope of Application

The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor a part of independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Esoraa.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive further confirmation by email immediately after submitting the order.

3. Contract Language

Languages available for concluding the contract: English & German.

We save the contract text and send you the order details along with our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online.

4. Terms of Sale

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Further information on shipping costs can be found in the offers.

5. Payment

In our shop, you can generally use the following payment methods:

Credit Card: 
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.

PayPal: 
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your account access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after you have placed your order. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

PayPal can offer selected registered PayPal customers additional payment methods in their customer account according to their own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offer of these methods; other individually offered payment methods affect your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find further information in your PayPal account.

Apple Pay: 
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after the order has been placed. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Google Pay: 
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, log in with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed immediately after you place your order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Klarna Payment Options

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), located at Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer the following payment options. Please note that payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless stated otherwise below, using Klarna for payment requires a successful address and credit check, and payments are made directly to Klarna. You can find further information about each payment option during the ordering process.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

7. Liability

We are fully liable for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the following instances:
- In cases of injury to life, body, or health,
- In cases of intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty,
- In cases of agreed guarantee promises, or
- As far as the Product Liability Act applies.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, which are critical for the proper execution of the contract and which the contractual partner can typically rely on (known as cardinal obligations), our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages that were evident at the time the contract was concluded and typically expected to arise. In other cases, claims for damages are excluded.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access here. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
