We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are a very small company and therefore cannot cover return shipping costs. We also cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period. Notwithstanding this, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Please be aware that, due to the unique handmade nature of all our bags, our returns policy is specifically tailored to address certain aspects of the craftsmanship. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for the following reasons:

- Loose threads
- Difference in stripes
- Pulls within recycled nylon fabric
- Natural markings
- Handcrafted size or shape variations
- Weave texture

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved within 48 hours. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@esoraa.com.

International Returns

For any international returns, please clearly mark on the packaging that the parcel is "returned goods of no commercial value" to prevent the item from being held at customs. Any customs charges incurred are payable by you (the customer) and not by Esoraa.
